Students’ progress and attainment in their chosen subjects is excellent and teachers monitor progress effectively through the college’s comprehensive tutorial system.’ ISI Report 2015

London Tutorial College is a non-selective independent online tutorial college with a feel of a more traditional school and yet utilising modern technology to offer flexibility and convenience, as well confidence and great results. We want every student to optimise his or her potential.

We can offer flexibility that many traditional UK schools cannot offer. We welcome students who flourish in a smaller environment and wish to study also at their own pace within the comfort of their own home.  For students whose English levels or subject knowledge is not strong enough to join a GCSE or A level, we recommend a tailored pre-sessional course.

We look at school reports, interview  and conduct a basic assessment to determine the best possible support. This enables us to tailor-make programmes to suit the individual needs of every student.

We are happy to accept both boys and girls from the UK or any other part of the world, between ages 14 to 19. International students will require a minimum equivalent of IELTS score of 4.0 – 4.5 for GCSE/IGCSE and 5.0 – 5.5 for A level, otherwise they will struggle to participate in class. Students are expected to have a higher level of English for fast track options.

Students complete a London Tutorial College written English assessments and interview. For GCSE and A level students will require copies of current school reports and do a subject assessment. If necessary, we will recommend that a student takes a pre-sessional programme in English only or in conjunction with academic subjects.

The best thing about LTC is that the atmosphere is so friendly! The way how you relate to each student is just amazing! I’ve never met that in schools before. It is very important that you think about each student, try to improve his/her skills and communication. Thank you so much!!!’
